| The Aim Lower Leadership Academy of KidsGames
aims to transform our communities through
developing a base of young leaders who can
influence their generation. The mission is to train, prepare and mentor young potential leaders (12-15 years old), identified through their involvement in previous KidsGames, on the needed skills and knowledge to effectively influence their community. The curriculum is presented through: :: Local Athletes and Business professionals sharing :: Experiential Learning Building Activities :: Small Group Discussions :: Case studies The program will be offered weekly over 12 weeks twice per school year at participating KidsGames sites. It will be presented as an after-school alternative at these locations. Participants are given opportunities to apply their training during the school year at church functions, community center programming, athletics, and future KidsGames programs. |
